At Pasticceria Perret, a veritable institution since 1964, Stefano Vassoney has reinvented Cogne’s traditional dessert, Crema di Cogne. Other delicacies of the region include Cogne's Mécoulén (the enriched sweet fruit breads), the milk breads and the cookies named after the town's inhabitants: cogneins and cogneintze.
