With over 1,000 km of unpaved itineraries, Aosta Valley offers a wide network of paths for mountain biking. In particular, Cogne valley, a corner of unspoiled nature in the heart of Gran Paradiso National Park, represents the perfect destination for bike tours for every skill level.

With its seven itineraries, Cogne gives the perfect chance not only to the most skilled, but to everybody – kids included – to practise an exciting sport fully respecting nature.

Remember: paths have to be shared with others

Warning. The tracks proposed are on shared paths: pedestrians always have right of way!

Don't endanger other people's safety: for a good coexistence between hikers and bikers be cautious and kind. Don't frighten people, but overtake them respectfully and at walking pace and stop if necessary.

A correct ethics of Mountain Biking today influences the use and access of paths in the future.

Doing one's part to preserve and improve the terms of use and the image of this sport implies the compliance with some rules respecting others and nature.
